The PVSI-Branch Technology - Business Services is looking for a seasoned, highly skilled professional to lead activity deliver timely, effective, and efficient business solutions to enable our 7,500+ workforce. The Technology Business Management team within Business Services provides centralized capabilities to the PVSI-Branch Technology. The team is accountable for the strategic planning and execution of activities supporting each of the lines across the organization. The team partners with teams across WF Technology, Finance, Risk, HR, and CPG to support the operational needs related to our people, processes and business systems.

The functional role will provide a positive impact on our workforce through execution of strategic business initiatives, delivery of efficient and effective solutions, and timely communication and coordination between lines of business. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with business process analysis, familiarity with all phases of SDLC, and strong written/oral communication skills.

High Level Responsibilities:
* Supports organizational priorities and proactively communicates change
* Identifies process issues and develops action plans to address
* Coordinates with Tech COO partners on CIO work efforts
* Provides policy/procedure administration and adherence
* Supports workforce location strategy and office moves



Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning
  • 5+ years of experience managing enterprise projects, programs or initiatives
  • 3+ years of client service or related business experience
  • 3+ years of business process development experience



Desired Qualifications

  • Ability to facilitate and lead meetings to reach conclusions, identify tasks, record actions, and achieve results
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to turn findings into executable plans to meet business objectives
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Experience working in a large enterprise environment
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills



Job Expectations

  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
