The Department of Pediatrics is seeking a full time Sr. Contracts and Grants Administrator to provide guidance, and supervision to staff and faculty in different divisions in the Department of Pediatrics as they respond to internal and external specific requests for Application (RFA); including but not limited to UNM CTSC, NIH, PCORI, STTR and supplements, including ASSIST and internal Sponsored Projects Office submissions of study proposal, budget and other necessary documents, contracts or subcontracts with other institutions/colleges, and other RFA specific documents. Provides technical guidance, oversight and serves as the primary liaison. Negotiates and oversees large multi-site pediatric clinical trials contracts, subcontracts, and budgets in the Department for federally funded networks as well as pharmaceutical sponsored trials.

High school diploma or GED; at least 10 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
