|Working Title||Program Specialist|
We are recruiting for one Program Specialist position for Community Health Worker Initiatives. Candidates should have prior experience in management, supervision, scheduling, and collaboration with a wide array of partners. In addition, working with low-income and diverse populations of all ages and working with community organizations. Knowledge around substance use and co-occurring disorders, community resources, case management/care coordination and outreach education strongly preferred. The work hours scheduled for this position requires flexibility as the hours of operation may occasionally fall outside of the typical 8:00 to 5:00 p.m. and may include some weekend shifts.

|Conditions of Employment|
High school diploma or GED; at least 6 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
