The University of New Mexico Valencia Campus is seeking a Manager for the Small Business Development Center. The Small Business Development Manager will manage the planning, development, marketing and operation of the center, providing local small business development assistance and support adhering to relevant State and Federal legislation, regulations, and guidelines.
Job Duties Include:
Located about 30 miles south of Albuquerque in rural Valencia county, the University of New Mexico-Valencia Campus is a two-year branch campus of the University of New Mexico which functions as a community college in the region and is designated a Hispanic Serving Institution. With an emphasis on teaching excellence, Valencia Campus offers academic transfer programs, technical vocational programs, Adult Basic Education, and Dual Credit High School/College courses to Valencia and Socorro Counties. The faculty and staff serve a student body of over 2,000 credit students per semester.
|Conditions of Employment|
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
|Additional Requirements||Must be willing to travel and work some evenings.|

|Pay||$3434.31 -$5151.47 Monthly|
