The Nutrition & Dietetics Program at the University of New Mexico invites applications for a full-time, 9-month appointment Lecturer II position in the Nutrition & Dietetics Program beginning in the fall semester of the 2020-2021 academic year. The UNM Nutrition & Dietetics Program has a Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) and a Dietetic Internship (DI), both accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND), and a Master of Science Program in Nutrition. The Lecturer will teach undergraduate courses in the UNM Nutrition & Dietetics Program.
UNM is the state’s flagship research university as well as a Hispanic-Serving Institution classified as a Carnegie Research University with Highest Research Activity. UNM also has strong connections with 23 tribal nations located within New Mexico. As such, successful candidates must be committed to working with broadly diverse student and community populations.
