    Job Description

    Business Excellence Metrics Coordinator

    The Business Excellence Metrics Coordinator will support the Global Security Product Strategy team to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes through a combination of techniques that provides standardization, consistency, and optimization to achieve Global Security’s mission in protecting people, assets, and reputation.


    • Assist in developing insightful operational and strategic reporting
    • Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly metrics (Tasks, projects, and any additional resources)
    • Delivering high level metrics for management staff
    • AdHoc data requests as needed
    • Acquiring, logging, and managing vendor data
    • Building data (input) sheets, flows, and logic for tracking and measuring purposes
    • Compiling QBR metrics representing quarter over quarter measurements
    • Cross functional data representation with teams internal and external to the organization
    • Work collaboratively with various technical disciplines and develop technical documentation that satisfies its intended purpose, within schedule and budget limitations.
    • Maintain working knowledge of other industry-standard platforms.
    • Tag management for task data capture
    • Tableau dashboard management
    • Develop reporting presentations for management staff


    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technical Communications, or similar fields; or 2+ years of equivalent practical experience.
    • Demonstrate project management skills that drive results.
    • Demonstrate leadership skills in a cross-pyramid capacity.
    • Knowledge of processes & procedures development.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
    • Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
    • Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
    • Ability to quickly learn and master new technology.
    • Direct project and process management experience. Accomplish assignments and responsibilities.
    • Excellent computer skills and comprehension of MS Office (Visio, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Tableau
