What we are looking for: 

We are looking for an innovative and creativeConversational UI Dialogue Designer to assist in the build-out of chatbots - Asa Conversational Designer, you will be responsible for shaping the personalityand conversational flow of chatbots to ensure customers receive a ‘human'experience.By partnering with our Training and Development Teams , you will leverage yourextensive creative writing background to script and structure responses thatare free flowing and natural, and aligned with the desired bot  persona. With the customer journey andexperience at the forefront of everything you do, you'll help decide the mostappropriate next action and language necessary to produce an exceptionalcustomer interaction- all while developing a bot  personality that is engaging and memorable!


What you'll be doing: 

·        Script the customer conversation  and process flows to ensure that knowledge andresponses are delivered in a meaningful and natural format

·        Author all bot  responses using process established

·        Applying creativity to ensure the bot  responds in a fashion that aligns with theintended persona

·        Help ‘train' the bot  to deliver meaningful and accurate responses.  Make edits to content as required

·        Partner with Training and Development Teams  to shape and structure the data in a way thatwill address the questions and problems presented to the bot  with accuracy and efficiency

·        Collaborate with bot  technical, consulting, and knowledge teams todevelop a solution that exceeds customer expectations


What skills you'll need:

Motivation, Passion, Integrity.  Those are just someof the attributes valued at TeleTech.  Of course, there are some otherrequirements too.  These include:

·        2 Years in a creative writing and/or linguistics role

·        Experienceor knowledge of artificial intelligence, speech recognition technologies, ormachine learning

·        Experiencewith speech recognition systems a plus

·        Experiencewith IBM Watson preferred

·        Strongcreative writing skills/ natural language/ script writing experience

·        Excellentcommunication skills

·        Experiencein working with cross-functional teams

  •          Bachelor'slevel degree in an English related program preferred
