Job Description

A company located in Central Phoenix is looking for receptionist. As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for the company and you will provide administrative support across the organization. The individual in this position will need to be comfortable handling the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. This position is responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones, handling inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Schedule conferences and appointments.
* Maintains safe and clean reception area.
* Arrange appointments.
* Take and relay messages.
* Update appointment calendars.
