Robert Half Healthcare is seeking an Assistant Revenue Cycle Director for a client in North Phoenix! This is a direct hire opportunity and the perfect position for someone who is ready to take the next step in their career!

This position's primary function are to work cooperatively with the CEO/President, Board of Directors, Physicians, Executives, Managers and other staff in a professional, positive manner to facilitate setting and meeting organizational goals.

Supervisor Responsibility includes supervising the Coding & Compliance and RCM Staff acting as a liaison between all providers and RCM staff in order to promote positive relationships. Help employees achieve their professional goals. Respond to provider/staff requests accurately and in a timely fashion, either by performing the tasks yourself (for higher level decision making) or delegating them to RCM Managers or staff. Participate in all-staff meetings, review agenda for RCM portion and lead RCM staff meetings.

Additional duties include:
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of the Allscripts PRO PM system and be prepared to provide support to the Managers when requested.

- Conduct a periodic (at least annual) review of the billing service to identify its strengths and weaknesses and make written and verbal recommendations to the Executive Committee for maximizing the billing service’s effectiveness and minimizing inefficiencies.

- Set goals for the RCM Department on an annual basis.

- Oversight of Performance Measurements and modify them as necessary. Oversight of the team designated for the implementation and updating of all written RCM procedures and protocols.

- Ensure new hires and existing staff are properly trained for their respective roles. Ensure goals are established for staff in the Training arena and fed back to HR for finalization.

Requirements

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Comprehensive knowledge of all facets of Revenue Cycle Management. Ability to speak clearly and concisely and to communicate effectively in a management capacity. Aptitude to create, revise and implement oral and written instructions. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with employees, clients, and patients. Ability to create and apply written guidelines and standardized work practices. Ability to identify and solve problems.

5 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience
2+ years of coding experience
Allscripts experience REQUIRED
Bachelor's Degree Required

Certified Coding, HealthCare Revenue Cycle, Allscripts
