Peak Vista is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in a ground floor opportunity to work at our new Pain and Wellness Center at International Circle /Printers Parkway. This innovative new center focuses on the practice of whole-patient treatment for patients with chronic pain of all types; combining integrated physical and behavioral health with integrative physical therapies and medication management when needed, while offering other treatment through collaboration with local health care and wellness partners.
Requires: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who must be licensed to practice in Colorado or be eligible to obtain a CO license. Prescriptive authority. Previous Pain Management experience highly preferred. Must be comfortable in providing care to all age groups and be able to serve at our minor illness acute care center. This is a 0.5 FTE, part-time position, 20 hours per week.

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
