Supports Membership Development department through coordination of tasks and projects with internal departments and external organizations. Supports program delivery to Select Employer Groups (SEGs) through collaboration with internal departments and systems to ensure alignment and integration with credit union operations. Leverages continuous improvement methods and recommends and implements new products for community partner needs and in alignment with credit union strategies. Participates on project teams as a subject matter expert and has the ability to develop project documentation and report on associated goals and metrics.


Requirements
Three to five years similar or related experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
Experience working with community partners, identifying partnership needs including program and product development, community service initiatives, and problem resolution.
Intermediate project management skills.
Effectively communicate with internal and external customers appropriately via in person, email etc.
Experience in multi-tasking, meeting strict deadlines, dealing with sensitive information, and problem resolution while providing exceptional service.
Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and all internal systems as affiliated with the department.
Ability to adapt quickly to change and proactively communicate.
