Job Description

There is an immediate opportunity for an individual with excellent customer service skills. Must greet customers in a friendly manner, answer questions, and provide a friendly experience for all customers, addressing any challenges that may arise.  


The cashier will process credit or debit card transactions and validate checks.  


Will greet customers in a pleasant and professional manner, computing and recording transaction totals.  


Reconciles cash drawer daily.  


Refers customers who have questions to the appropriate individual.  


Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution.  


Provides clerical and administrative assistance as needed. 


Will be cross trained on bookeeping.  


Maintains a professional appearance.  


Keeps work area neat and clean. 


Performs other duties as assigned.  


At least 6 months of cash handling experience is preferred but will consider training the right person. 


Comes with an excellent benefits package after 90 days of employment.  


As with all positions within the dealership, the cashier is expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.
