Team member must operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler. Prepare product. eceive and process telephone orders. ke inventroy and complete associated paperwork. C an equipment and facility daily. Ha out flyers to customers, or on doors of homes, and shake signs on corners of large intersections. Tea member must have the ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person. They ust also have the ability to comprehend and correct written instructions. Team mber must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (they may use a calculator). Must b able to make monetary change. Team me er must be able to have telephone skills to take and process orders, Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed. They wil also need to have the ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen,. Team memb must have the ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work along and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data and make judgement/decisions. Team membe must meet the physical demands of standing, walking, sitting, carrying items up to 30lbs, climbing, stooping and reaching. Team member will be exprected to direct and lead a team toward goals.
