The Sr. Manager, Strategy and Digital Business Development will develop strategies and manage specific omnichannel activations that will achieve a best in class consumer experience across channels and will support the market readiness and adoption strategies for multiple omnichannel programs.
The Sr. Manager, Strategy and Digital Business Development will be engaged across all phases of new product development and managements with particular emphasis on business case development, program creation, solution ideation, design, testing and driving continuous improvement. In this role, you’re a key contributor to help facilitate the execution of pilot programs and/or legacy product/service offerings. You will provide insight to determine the future-state consumer experience, lead requirements development with a diverse team, obtain agreement on important decisions, deliver the capability market and determine and monitor success. You will need to collaborate with many functions including E-Commerce, Retail teams, Marketing, Customer Service, Product Management, Supply Chain, IT and Enterprise stakeholders.

- Lead the development and assessment of business cases to build digital tools and experiences
- Help define and maintain the program vision, strategy, roadmap and supporting metrics required to deliver and enhance the customer experience
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to enable the home delivery aspect of new and existing health benefit programs
- Develop and coordinate holistic cross-functional roadmaps to ensure successful execution of product development and go-to-market strategy
- Lead all or part of our new growth ideas through critical stages (e.g., pilot, scale and ramp-up);
- Be the business SME for new digital journeys and establish KPI’s to measure success and monitor the health of the business
- Drive the scoping and requirements process to grow existing and new omnichannel programs and ensure alignment from all key stakeholders
- Conduct competitive and product research and analysis
- Actively solicit the voice of the customer by collecting and measuring customer feedback and continuously incorporate findings into the program to improve the customer experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated experience engaging and influencing cross-functional teams
- Strategic approach to problem resolution as well as the ability to develop and communicate a sound plan
- Influence and partner with internal and external partners to drive digital and total enterprise value for CVS
- Work closely with product, operations, merchandising, pharmacy, legal, marketing, customer service, Public Relations, and executive teams to bring products to market, optimize business opportunities.
- Collaborate with project management, technical, creative and business stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate product releases.
- Work with marketing/digital adoption team to guide product marketing to accurately represent product value and capabilities.
- Ensure appropriate testing of products prior to launch.
- Partner with internal engineers to understand client requests and their impact to the product road-map. Help to measure impact of outcomes within the client specific environment and workflow.
- Conduct product and competitive research and analysis.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of work experience, with strong preferences for experience in program / project management and implementation within healthcare or retail
- 5+ plus years of experience in product development, e-commerce/e-business, innovation, and/or health care required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong quantitative skills including ability to build business cases (in Excel), thinking through key inputs, sensitivities and impact on ensuing business decisions
- Strong communicator, both verbal and written, with executive presence and the ability to influence across functions and at all levels of an organization
- Demonstrated presentation skills and ability to develop clear narratives out of complex ideas and circumstances, including familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint
- Highly organized and able to provide positive leadership across multiple cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, complex working environment
- Demonstrated project management skills with an emphasis on tracking and measuring multiple work streams and summarizing into concise status updates for an executive audience
- Demonstrated organized, detail-oriented, and structured thinking and execution, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed in order to meet deadlines, demonstrating a high level of independent judgment and proactivity

Management consulting experience within healthcare or retail a plus
