Are you a motivated and experienced leader in the health care industry? The Care Management Sales Director will be responsible for developing relationships with such Health Plans, Employers, Coalitions, and Consultants across the country. CVS Health care management programs and services will span all business lines within the enterprise. These segments include: Commercial/Employer, Governmental Entities, Medicare, Exchange, and Medicaid. CVS Health has established a variety of programs and offerings to support and collaborate with our clients, including AccordantCare Rare, Transform Diabetes Care, and Health Advisor.

This position will report to the Division Head, and will work closely with PBM and Specialty sales teams, product development, clinical, client reporting and outcomes, implementation, account management, and operational teams. We are looking for a leader who can create and evolve relationships with prospective clients and engage with those groups to execute collaborative contractual agreements.

- Develop a pipeline for new prospects for each product.

- Enhance & Expand relationships with current PBM, Specialty, and Accordant clients.

- Showcase the portfolio of care management products and match client needs and goals with our offerings.

- Maintain an accurate sense of the specific market relative to the Company’s strategic goals.

Our ideal Director will have the skill to prepare and deliver high quality presentations to various leadership with ease! We need someone to be available for relatively frequent travel to the prospects as needed. Working internally with product development to give evaluations around the products and recommend any changes based on market feedback that could improve the product is essential. Working cross functionally with matrixed departments across the organization is a key aspect of this role! The ability to transition relationships to account management teams is extremely important. Ensuring that the contract is fully implemented by CVS health and that all contractual requirements are met or exceeded will be vital.

This position is remote.

Required Qualifications
* 8+ years sales experience working in healthcare
* Demonstrated experience working with C-Suite levels during previous sales positions
* Ability to travel up to 50%

Preferred Qualifications
* Prior Care Management, population management, PBM, or Specialty sales experience
* Prior CVS PBM experience

* Bachelor's degree required.
