Ensure comprehensive outcome performance through leadership of process improvement activities that support the achievement of comprehensive patient quality, safety, and patient engagement. Utilizes standards, guidelines and pathways for improving patient safety outcomes.

Minimum Experience Requirements
5 years of progressive related experience in clinical/nursing quality operations. Ability to manage ambiguity with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and exercise influence in a complex, multi-institutional, highly matrixed organization. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and trust, a reputation for high integrity. Knowledge and optimal use of Electronic Medical Record system, to support operational, clinical and research activities. Demonstrated success in improving the overall quality of services in the inpatient and ambulatory setting
Bachelor's Degree, Required
Lean Certification, preferred
Certification in quality and safety (CPHA), preferred

Our CCOM team cares for the people Colorado by providing employers with job site evaluation, medical surveillance physicals for hearing conservation, respiratory exams, Hazmat exams, Firefighter physicals, DOT/CDL physicals and more.
