This position requires a diverse range of skills in order to successfully oversee the planning and administration of information protection that will ensure the integrity and security of the Courts electronic information assets. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, formulating information security policies, performing security assessments, outlining and overseeing remediatory actions and monitor and support of the Courts information security posture and regulatory compliance status. 

Other duties assigned to the Cyber Security Analyst include: preparation of monthly and quarterly status reports on environmental security compliance, working with local court agencies to oversee audit remediation of all computing device vulnerabilities,  create development of security education, training and awareness plans and the ongoing evaluation and implementation of tools for assessing potential security vulnerabilities and risk assessment.

Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program qualified employer.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field. Directly related experience may substitute for the degree requirement. Additional requirements include a minimum of five or more years experience in Information Security, at least two in a client/server environment. Must have strong working knowledge in at least two of the following operating systems (Windows 10, Window’s server 2012 or 2016, AIX Unix. Excellent security forensics, including information security management, physical security and network security. Must be certified in one, or more, of the following areas (GSEC, CCISP, CCSP, CISM, CRISC OR GIAC). Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel statewide, including remote areas.

Travel level: light in state travel required.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Some positions may take 4-6 weeks to fill.
